The dual front wheels are not worth the extra weight and complexity. I have no problem in traffic on highways regarding speed or maneuverability. . A few times I rode with a crew who were driving Can-Am spyders. The weight of 400cc engine more then counter balances the weight of any driver sitting atop the vehicle. Dislikes: Weight but after a 900 Goldwing which I still have and love-it is light in comparison.
Must be willing to work on it for routine maintenance or live by a dealer. Before this I owned a , which I loved, but now I would rather have 3 wheels for more stability. As for the interior room, it is exceptional. Fortunately, nothing was damaged including me but I considered that a lucky escape and a sober warning, too. Second and on the positive side of this issue this higher seating position provides the rider a much safer view of the road. I only wear a full face helmet, which does not fit in there.
The hydraulic lock stopped working early on in the bike's life. With the recent ban on torrent, there seems to be a little hope. I am so glad to have bought it as I am thoroughly enjoying the whole riding experience. But if your commute is typically under 60, you will be a happy camper. I have been ahead of larger bikes who could not stay up at the slower safer lane splitting speeds.
Better shape and everything worked superbly--the others didn't feel as good. I like that it is 500+ lbs, as on the windy Bay Bridge, I feel stable. The maxi scooter is fast topping 90mph if you really need the speed. So much better than being cooped up in a car. Can be parked on inclines and hills with the tilt lock and parking brake. Dislikes: Wish they made a factory extended footrest. I really like the 300 as it had that little bit extra power that was missing in my 250.
Fortunately my bike came with a nice 46L Givi case which carries two helmets. I had a 250 and then bought a 300. The one thing I don't like so much, is the trunk space. Handling is supreme and sand, gravel, ruts etc. If i was only on two wheels I would have been down for the count. I have over 1 million miles on motorcycles and am almost 80 years old. Would like a bit more power.
But where there's a will I found the way using some 2. I like the 500cc, because I commute to work. Turn signal switches intermittently working. The battery doesn't last long and worst if you had your hazard lights over 10 minutes will drain you battery fast, also the trunk light open will kill you battery, replaced all with led light system but charging system is too weak. I have ridden since 1948 and started on a Western Auto Stores Doodlebug scooter. That said, the 250 is not a highway 65+ machine. My only wish would be if the seat were a little lower for vertically challenged people 5'4 and under. Piracy has rooted itself in the entertainment industry for a while now.

Only a low profile helmet can be stored in it.
I love this bike and actually have been considering buying a newer one! It can carry gear, groceries, etc. I had been checking it out for a while. I can cruise at 80+ mph and not even notice it. I have also been considering saddle bags or side cases. Short rear passengers have trouble reaching footrest. Of course, everything on the scooter is subject to some wear and tear so unless your dealer is kind-hearted and covers it by himself, you are out of luck.
